NuLu Suites: Fantastic Derby City King Bed Suite

Great bnb easy check in and check out and clear instructions

The apartment was in a great spot in NuLu. Check in instructions were clear and understandable. Free street was pretty easy available but a few blocks up there is a homeless shelter, so just don’t park too far away if you are a female and planning on walking at night. The apartment itself was spacious enough for two guests, had a nice big bathroom and was well stocked. My only complaint about cleanliness is the floors were sticky, almost like it had only ever been Swifered, and it left a sticky film that made our feet and socks filthy, the rug also had the same layer of grime that was odd. Maybe just a mop and bucket once a month with vinegar or floor cleaner will get the layer off and have a better smell. The only other piece of female advice would be a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment. It is nice for people to step back and get a full look at their outfit. But the apartment was pretty clean and overall a good value. Check out was pretty minimal overall so it wasn’t a huge hassle. I would stay here again, host was very nice and communicated very well.

Great stay, very respectful and responsive host, had everything as described in details, HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️
